    I normally don't leave comments, but I had to thank you for posting this (and the other songs from this show). This is the best version of "Vicious" that I've ever heard (or seen). Lou is weird and comical, here. The way he looks here is so far removed from the look of the rest of the musicians - like he's an Alien from the Future. His dancing and his phrasing really to go together. Drugs or not, this is really frickin' cool.

    His dancing was because he was high on drugs. This isn't some sort of slanderous insult to him - it's well-known, and was well-known at the time, that Lou Reed was a drug addict. He wrote about it in his songs - most famously the song "Heroin." But yes, he was adorable. :3

    agreed, bass player sucks. I've seen lou reed maybe 10 times over 30 years, this line-up sucked live too, especially bass and keyboards. Much better lineup was the one preceding, circa 73, with great white sax player and only lou on guitar. Also decent was bobby quine band of '80's.
