- The treatment the piece is given here is simply far beyond anything a pianist is capable of (assuming you're referring to the piano version). The piano is a great instrument but in the end, we're just a speck compared to the orchestra and soloist....
- Picky, picky! Classical is the genre, Romantic is the era. We have different kind of blues and medal do we not? And if we are getting specific now, it is of the Late Romantic Era. Almost considered Modern actually since this piece (which is one of 8) was composed in 1894. When I first played it I thought it was very childish. But who better to prove me wrong then Itzhak Perlman and Yo-Yo Ma?
- Absolutely beautiful; a wonderful piece.
- This is classical? I thought Dvorak was a Romantic composer....
- Let's Play and give each other Pleasure!!! _dateherwow -dot- com_
- This Girl wants to SHOW!!! fastsexfinder...dot...com
- I really need to get the part from 2:02!! T_T
- I cry...
- No other words to praise it. Beautiful music !!
- What can you say but Bravo Bravo once more please!!!!
- Absolutely beautiful. Brings me to tears.
- Darn good music.
- VERY good playing. Im learning that song and I keep getting it alittle wrong. you do it very interesting and calm. nice job.
- i really like this piece/video it is really inspiring as sometimes violin pieces tend to be so sad and humoresque is like a shining light =]
- Um Yoyo-ma was born in Paris to Chinese parents, but later moved to USA at a very young age. (Wikipedia) I don't know where you would classify yoyo ma is from, but definitely not Korea
- very beautiful song!!!I'm a meterokere(sp?) violinist, and I'm playing this for the South Carolina Solo/ Ensemble Festival...I wouldn't say I'm really good(I'm top in my 7th grade class and maybe my whole school)but I'm not bad with only two and a half yrs. of expirience(sp?).But I've got the first part of it done-pat,but the second part throws me off(I just got the piece two days ago) If anyone wants to know more message me lol xD
- moc pěkně provedeno
- anyone know where i can find an arrangement like this for violin, cello and piano?
- sorry not korean, he was born in france but now he's american
- Hey bro he's not chinese is korean! and don't be racist and its not big violin you dumass its cello
- china man ??? wtf are you racist ? it's called a cello and not big violin, people like you shouldn't even be introduced to classical music beautiful like this, you'd just ruin it -- no wait you already did
- When Perlman was four-years-old, he was stricken with polio, which would forever leave him disabled.
- Yo-yo Ma was just helping him to carry it. as you can see that Perlman had to use both his hands to walk.
- I love this--the piece...the playing...but I can't help it, it still makes me think of "Frogger" on the old school Atari!!! That is the song that played in the background. :)
- This is one of the most beautiful classical songs. Yo-Yo Ma plays so well, his music is almost a part of him.
