In your opinion, what would the market, and Apple specifically look like if there was no Microsoft? Do you expect Apple would continue to innovate without competition?

- Whoops... meant to say of course that both use the dual core chipset. The only difference is the Dell is actually faster.
- Cheapest Mac is the Mac mini. With a 1.8 GHz, dual core processor its $599 (American). Cheapest Dell is the Inspiron 530s. With an upgrade to the 2.2 GHz processor, its $359 (American). Both have two GB of RAM. I'm not sure what you mean by implying that no one can prove Macs are over priced. That research took all of two minutes. I personally consider paying twice as much for the same thing "over paying".

- why exactly? why do we have to have an OS war? i use Mac Windows and Linux regularly, i see good things about all of them, Mac has the best UI, Windows great for games and general use, Linux great for most everything, but not the best UI. Its irritating to hear people argue, just say what you like more and accept that other people feel and think different. (pun not intended)
