Secondly, you totally and completely missed the point of that video. Back on topic, I heard the Rise Against version first, but after hearing this one I like Black Flag's more.     Hahahaha, yeah that's what i'm in the process of doing right now. My current employer is very ungreatful for all of our hard work. We're overworked and underpaid like crazy and the place just keeps getting worse and worse. And to top that off, I work around people who are on power trips and have big egos.
