Also there are other health problems that can be caused by not castrating. And one myth that is not true, early castrated males actually grow faster and larger.     yeah, thats great, now the dog can walk through the park without being embarrassed about having only one testicle. and he only had to have a general anaesthetic, post operative discomfort and risk of complications to get there. this was done for the benefit of the owner, not the dog.
