    I met Desmond Dekker in 1990 around the time of those 'Vitalite' adverts, had a spliff with him, sunday dinner and did the soundcheck, then when he did the gig it was awesome right uptil the point where he did 'isrealites' and he went oooooh ooooh pointed the mic at the audience and they all sang 'vitalite' :( I felt gutted for him, but I'm sure he took it in good faith

    Maybe you're right, but when I hear Desmond Dekker, I picture a live scene where people are dancing, drinking, and just going wild. Seeing people just sitting down and swaying back and forth is lame. I still think this crowd sucks. We are all judgmental. Myself especially. I'm not sure how I'd get through my day without finding things to dislike. Simple human behavior.
