The Cosmic Lounge presents Acid Jazz Music: 'Love Is Here To Stay' by Aqua Bassino. "Edinburgh's Jason Robertson played bass for numerous jazz-funk bands before settling into the studio to focus on all things electronic. Settling on the Aqua Bassino moniker, he released his '96 debut EP, Swirl, on France's foremost electronic imprint, F Communications. Three more EPs followed (Deeper, Pools, and Waves) before Robertson released his '91 debut album, Beats 'n' Bobs. Skillfully blending elements of jazz, soul, and blues, the album features Scottish saxophonist Martin Kershaw, U.K. jazz singer of the year Niki King, and African diva Nahawa Doumbia, who has worked extensively with Frederic Galliano. "Baby C'Mon" was released as single in early '02 with remixes by deep house don Ron Trent and Detroit electro pioneer Soul Designer (Fabrice Lig).     A real shame you couldn't get into this song, because it's one of my favorites. Though what kind of jazz are you looking for? Something classic? Edgy? Fast? I would recommend the band Incognito, for they blend all three of those traits with ease : )

    Puuuh,the song "Bright Nights" is very strange,so i like it :) I like the combination between the special sound and the "Drug Voice" ;) Just go on,it is a good work. By the way,it could also work as a soundtrack for movies,in my opinion.
